Barnett cadets received orders Friday, August 26th, 2016 to attend a back to school bootcamp. Cadets were marched into the assembly and greeted by General Stoddard. Once there, they received instructions on their mission for the school year: to be leaders, live the 7 habits, and keep our school clean and bully-free. Cadets were also introduced to their FIRST EVER Wildly Important Goal (or W.I.G.).

The Barnett W.I.G. (or Wildly Important Goal) for this school year is to have 90% student attendance for the entire school year. Cadets who achieve this goal will be awared weekly, monthly, and at the end of the year as well. Sargeant Simpson and the WIG team taught cadets what a WIG is and how we can achieve it.

The cadets are excited to embark on their mission and the staff is excited to get them there. What a fun way to start off the school year!
