The faculty at Barnett are so pleased to announce the recipient of our Outstanding Employee Award for 2023-2024: Katie Bills - our computer time specialist. A few teachers wrote:
It has been a great experience meeting Katie Bills this year. She is a very positive teacher. I notice that she prepares engaging lessons in computer planning time. She seems very concerned about student success. I have been impressed by her willingness to connect with students during lunch recess time. Many of my students feel welcomed and safe with her. Katie is a boss! She is a hardworking educator and a valuable part of our Barnett team! The students love their time spent in computers and enjoy the fun activities that they do. Katie is one of those people who just brings a smile to your face every time you see her. She is always smiling and upbeat. She is always willing to help and support anyway she can.
