We love our kindergarteners and kindergarten teachers and technicians! 💙💛 Here they are all (almost 100) pictured as they met with Mrs. Brown to learn the rules and expectations at Barnett. We want all our students feeling confident they can be successful at school by keeping themselves and others safe. Mrs. Brown met with all grades to review expectations so students have consistency at school.

Mrs. Brown spent time all week reading in each and every class.  She was able to share our theme of be a true friend, choose to be happy and look for the good.  Each class received a copy of the book for their own classroom.

Kindergarten and Preschool started today.  We welcomed many excited, and some nervous, students and parents.  But everyone made it!  What a great day!!

We are so excited for another year with your kiddos!  Here are the Arrival and Dismissal times for our school, so you can make plans accordingly for rides, Drop-off, and Pick-up.  

We Greatly Appreciate Prompt Pick-up when school is out. It makes our students nervous when they can't find their ride. Please make sure your child knows your plan for who and where they will be picked up.

We will be having an Open House where students and parents can meet their teachers, find classrooms and get ready to have a great school year! We 💙 our community of support! We had an exciting blue carpet welcome with Payson fire and police, district administrators, teachers and staff (past and present) cheering as we welcomed students on the first day of school!

Have you heard the big news? Barnett has a preschool! Classes are full, but there is a waiting list for now. Meet the teacher Mrs. Holt!

What a fabulous turnout today! We'll see you all Wednesday morning. Just for tomorrow, please enter through the front doors for a special welcome. Every other day, students will enter through the teacher's outside class door. Classrooms are accessible at 9:00am daily. Breakfast begins at 8:45am. 💙💛💙

Several of our new teachers received a fun surprise of new school supplies today!!!  Mrs. Vasquez said, “They are amazing people who are always spreading good around the community!”  Thank you, Kristi and Gavin Johnson, and Big Star Plumbing!  What a great way to start the year!
