Nebo Foundation Grant Recipient Mrs. Coker

Whitney Coker, first-grade teacher at Barnett Elementary, said, “Our grant was to provide each student at Barnett with headphones. It is our goal to incorporate more online practices to enhance and reinforce learning and to better prepare the students for the possibilities of at home learning due to school closures or quarantines. Students will use the headphones for assignments given through google classroom and other platforms. We will use these headphones daily. We are so grateful to the Nebo Education Foundation for approving this grant for our students at Barnett! Thank you so much!”
