Mrs. Despain comes to us from Orchard Hills Elementary. She is married with 4 kiddos, 3 dogs, 10 chickens, 1 cat, 1 bunny, and 1 hamster. We live in Eureka and are very involved. My husband's mom is from Argentina and it is a big part of our life. They love soccer, mate, and BBQ.
She loves being outdoors, hiking, camping, climbing, sports, and traveling. She also likes to volunteer as an AEMT for Juab EMS. I recently quit coaching high school volleyball and cheer so I would have more time not working, but she loved it.
She is also a great task master (just ask her husband. She can play the piano and a few other instruments, speak Spanish, work hard, is loyal, a good listener, and happy. She is also pretty good on a pogo stick!
Favorite drinks: Juices, Lemonade, Mate, Coke
Favorite treats: Snickers, cookies, brownies, all things sugar and chips wish salsa
Mrs. Despain wants the students of Barnett to know that she loves her job, and loves them, even though she doesn’t know them yet. She is a happy person that likes to see the best in people and life. Remember to never ever give up, no matter how hard something might be.
