Halloween Pumpkins in Library

Submitted by sarah.sumsion on

Miss Patti hosted her annual pumpkin decorating display in library. Students selected a book and painted or created a design to represent a character, scene or theme from the book. These are always AMAZING and everyone loves seeing how creative they are! Thank you students and Miss Patti for encouraging a love of books!

Family Empowerment Event

Submitted by sarah.sumsion on

We are excited to have another Family Empowerment Event to help support parents and families with resiliency this year. Parents have expressed a desire to have this subject supported at school. Teachers are studying the book "Growth Mindset Coach" and providing lessons to their classes monthly. To focus on our theme of "Together We Are Better", we are hosting this Family Empowerment Event to bring some of what students are learning at school back into our homes so together our students will become the best they can be.
