You asked. We answered. In following up on our fall Family Empowerment Event, the feedback we received from many families is that you wanted to know how to apply growth mindset (aka grit, resilience) at home. Our wonderful school counselors have created a video - VIDEO LINK HERE - and a HANDOUT. The handouts went home at SEPs. Ask your child's teacher if you didn't receive one yet.
Teachers and staff at Barnett Elementary are working hard today on a program called LETRS that teaches the science behind reading and literacy. We are so grateful that we can learn through professional development to help our students progress each and every day!
A HUGE shout out to all who helped make this wonderful feast possible for our amazing teachers working late tonight for SEP Student-led Conferences ... thank you so much!
